Upload a workbook

One article per row on the All Articles sheet. Re-uploading is safe: an article keeps its identity, so a corrected file replaces what is there rather than duplicating it.

Refresh after an out-of-band change

Added and removed articles are picked up on their own. A corrected article is not, because correcting one does not change how many there are - use this after editing the stores directly.

Indexing runs on the same cores that answer questions, so a large workbook will slow answers while it loads. Every upload is written to the service audit log with your username.
